Last week I was fortunate enough to attend the SDL Innovate 2015 conference in San Francisco. If you ever have the chance to attend, I’d highly recommend it. This year’s tagline was “Bring the World to Your Brand” and was all about the customer experience—improving it, maintaining it, seeing it through your customer’s eyes. Mark Lancaster, CEO at SDL, kicked things off on Tuesday with the company’s vision of the future of customer experience, which set the tone for the next two days.
