2016 Creative Media Awards Finalist

Marriott Rewards' MegaBonus email campaign targeted members who reached a specific loyalty level. Yes Lifecycle Marketing worked with Marriott to build an email campaign to increase the number of booked nights loyal members stay. Personalized emails recognized the member's achievements and reminded them they’ve unlocked a chance to earn more bonus points. The open rate rose 213.3% compared with the average. Marriott saw a 6220.5% increase in bookings per delivered message.
