Jim Sturm


Jim Sturm serves as President of Yes Lifecycle Marketing. Previously, Jim was the President & CEO of Brierley+Partners from 2007 to 2018. During his tenure at Brierley, he established the company as the leader in the global loyalty and CRM market. He expanded the company's technology and agency service offerings while driving annual double-digit growth. Jim's technology-focused leadership has gained recognition throughout the industry which resulted in his selection as a Tech Titan for his technology contributions with Brierley. Jim serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation. Prior to Brierley, Jim spent over 20 years with Electronic Data Systems, an industry technology leader providing a broad portfolio of Business Process Management and Technology solutions. Jim holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Michael Iaccarino

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup Parent of Yes Lifecycle Marketing

Mr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO. Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Iaccarino currently serves on the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of Affinion Group, a multi-national, publicly traded marketing services company.

Dan Hall

Chief Technology Officer

Dan Hall leads Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Product and Technology organization and is responsible for Product, Deliverability, and Client Services Engineering. His team works with our clients to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing programs by helping them deploy effective solutions to create lasting relationships with their customers, and achieve higher marketing ROI. Dan previously served as Sr. Director Analytics at Time Warner Cable where he improved the measurement and effectiveness of marketing programs. Prior to that, he was with Alterian, most recently as VP Global Business Solutions leading the design and implementation of Marketing Database Solutions.

John Hollands

Senior Vice President, Sales

As SVP of Sales, John Hollands leads global sales for Yesmail360i, the cross-channel platform within Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His goal is to help sophisticated marketers understand how a holistic approach to data, technology, and services can help them advance their cross-channel marketing programs. John has been with the company since 2005, as a result of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's acquisition of @Once, an ESP who launched the email programs of such companies as Nike, Nintendo, and Warner Bros. John served as @Once Director of Business Development for 5 years.

David McRae

Chief Operating Officer, Yes Lifecycle Marketing

David is Chief Operating Officer of Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His teams are responsible for leveraging integrated marketing, data, insight resources and technology solutions to drive improved marketing ROI for enterprise clients that deliver results. David spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Purple at Epsilon. While at Epsilon, David was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure there, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue. Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.

Matthew Neibert

VP, Software Engineering

As the leader of Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s Product Development teams, Matthew Neibert is responsible for driving product innovation, research, quality and development for the Yesmail360i platform. He has a passion for building world-class products and loves technology – especially when it's well architected, scalable and exceeds our clients expectations. Matt has over 15 years experience building and developing enterprise software and development teams.

Michael Penney

Managing Director, Agency Services

Managing Director, Agency Services - Mike Penney is leading the development and expansion of professional services and centers of excellence across Yes Lifecycle Marketing. These highly specialized centers of excellence will address Infogroup clients’ increasing demand for integrated solutions that leverage the strengths of both business units. Mike’s strategic perspective will help formalize and develop centers of excellence that will position Yes Lifecycle Marketing with a level of service unmatched in today’s market. Before joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Mike founded DUDE Digital, where he worked with senior leaders to make improvements in their marketing and help them develop their marketing organizations. He offered a strategic perspective and particular depth in applying knowledge of requisite analytics, big data, technology, and tools to help with a broad range of opportunities. Prior to this, Mike led Epsilon's strategic consulting, advanced analytics and digital consulting capabilities and had leadership responsibilities in several professional services organizations, including McKinsey & Company and Accenture.

Ivy Shtereva

VP of Marketing

As a VP of marketing at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Ivy is responsible for multichannel strategy and implementation across the email, database, web, and direct marketing channels. She is dedicated to improving the quantity and quality of incoming leads through a combination of quality content, effective communication strategy, and timely follow-up. Ivy is committed to making Yes Lifecycle Marketing the undisputed thought leader in the industry when it comes to executable digital recommendations and has made significant strides to achieving this goal by authoring Yes Lifecycle Marketing's one-of-a-kind quarterly benchmark reports. In her free time, Ivy loves to travel to obscure US destinations to capture the true ‘local taste’ of every state (as long as meat is not involved). She’s an avid Chicago Bears fan and consistently exhibits Bears bias in setting her fantasy football lineups.

Sumit Bhalla

SVP, Client Management and Services

Sumit Bhalla brings over 15 years of integrated sales, marketing and CRM delivery experience to his current role as Vice President of Client Management and Services for Yes Lifecycle Marketing. Sumit leads a team that manages strategic Yes Lifecycle Marketing relationships across services, delivery and thought leadership. Previously, Sumit was Senior Director for Merkle's Insurance and Wealth Management vertical. Sumit led a team that managed relationships with clients such as AARP, Travelers Insurance, Aetna, Independence Blue Cross, 21st Century, Liberty Mutual, T.Rowe Price, Lincoln Financial and CUNA Mutual. Prior to Merkle, Sumit was Director of Marketing Systems for Liberty Mutual’s Personal Market. In this role, Sumit had responsibility for the strategic development of sales, marketing, and service technologies across the agency, call center, Internet, and third party channels. Sumit managed a staff comprised of project managers, business analyst, consultants and external vendors. Prior to Liberty Mutual, Sumit was a Principal Consultant in SAS Institute’s Customer Intelligence Practice. Previous to SAS, Sumit held consulting and management positions at Xchange and IBM Global Services serving across multiple industries. Sumit holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI)

Tanya Warner

SVP, Client Management and Services

Tanya Warner is a results-driven marketing executive with more than 20 years of CRM, direct marketing and email experience. Tanya leads a client services team supporting key strategic, integrated Yes Lifecycle Marketing client relationships and focuses on helping clients acquire new customers, promote long-term loyalty, motivate brand advocacy, and improve retention. Prior to her time at YLM, Tanya served as Vice President Direct Marketing with Nationstar Mortgage, Vice President Client Service with Targetbase, and Senior Vice President of Agency Client Service with Epsilon. Her skill set includes Strategic Planning, Account Management, Database Management, Multichannel Direct Response Campaign Development, Creative Strategy, Marketing Operations and Process Improvement, for clients across industries including Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, Consumer Goods, Insurance and Not-for-Profit Fundraising. Tanya holds a B.S. in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University.

Gina Carfagno

SVP Sales

As SVP Sales, Gina Carfagno provides expertise in integrated customer experience solutions that drive results through a combination of data, analytics, big data technology, and agency solutions for YLM’s enterprise-level clients. Gina is responsible for developing business relationships across the insurance, financial services, CPG, Media & Publishing, retail, technology/hi-tech, Telecommunications and travel and hospitality industries. She is the former SVP Cross Channel Sales at Epsilon, where she was responsible for strategic database, data, and analytical sales initiatives across all divisions and verticals. At Epsilon, she was actively involved in the go-to-market strategy for the CPG, Telecommunications, and Retail divisions. Gina also held senior sales positions at Merkle, Access Worldwide, and Harris Publishing.
Jason Warnock, SVP, Intelligence Products

Jason Warnock

SVP, Innovation Labs

Jason Warnock is a seasoned veteran of digital marketing. After creating successful email applications for Canadian bank CIBC (2004), Jason initiated and managed Deliverability Operations for Digital Connexxions (2006) implementing several key strategies for major publishing clients. After a successful acquisition of Digital Connexxions in 2006 by infoUSA, Jason proceeded to become Director of Deliverability for Yes Lifecycle Marketing (2007) followed by VP of Deliverability Services for Yes Lifecycle Marketing (2011). Jason has transformed Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Deliverability into an industry leading solution through enhanced offerings of technology and client services. Jason has designed successful technical and business strategies for several large Fortune 500 companies including: HP, Coke, Kodak, Facebook, eBay, Ancestry.com, and United Airlines.
