PresidentAs President of Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Michael Fisher spearheads the continued innovation and leadership of Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s cross-channel marketing & analytics platform, Yesmail360i, award-winning agency services, robust proprietary data, and sophisticated database technology management. He helps brands leverage these solutions and services to enable them to become insights-driven businesses. Michael brings significant experience to this role. He was SVP Sales and Marketing, Americas for Alterian Software from 2008 to 2011 where he successfully built and managed the company’s North American sales team. During his tenure there, sales increased by more than 40% annually. Before Alterian, Michael was at Epsilon as Vice President and General Manager, Financial Services where he developed and delivered integrated data and marketing solutions to clients in the financial services vertical. He also worked at DoubleClick and Unisys Corporation. Mike has a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a BS in Communications from Illinois State University.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Infogroup Parent of Yes Lifecycle MarketingMr. Michael L. Iaccarino is Chairman and CEO of Infogroup, a leading provider of high-value data and multi-channel marketing solutions delivered in real-time and used by small businesses and enterprise brands. Mr. Iaccarino has served as a Director of Infogroup since 2010. In 2011, he assumed the role of Chairman and CEO. Mr. Iaccarino served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Messenger from 2009 to 2011, establishing the company as one of the dominant mobile technology players in North America. Prior to joining Mobile Messenger, he was Chief Executive Officer of Epsilon from 2001 to 2009, transforming Epsilon into one of the United States’ leading database marketing companies. Epsilon achieved a more than threefold growth in revenue and a sixfold increase in EBITDA under his leadership. Mr. Iaccarino also served as Epsilon’s Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2001, playing a crucial role in the spin-out of Epsilon from American Express and where he led a nearly 400% increase in revenues during his tenure. Before Epsilon, Mr. Iaccarino was a Senior Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Corporate Controller at Summit Technology after having started his career at KPMG’s High Technology practice. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions activity and in turnaround situations. Mr. Iaccarino holds a B.S. in Accounting and English from Boston College where he graduated magna cum laude and is a former Certified Public Accountant.
Chief Technology OfficerDan Hall leads Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Product and Technology organization and is responsible for Product, Deliverability, and Client Services Engineering. His team works with our clients to maximize the effectiveness of their marketing programs by helping them deploy effective solutions to create lasting relationships with their customers, and achieve higher marketing ROI. Dan previously served as Sr. Director Analytics at Time Warner Cable where he improved the measurement and effectiveness of marketing programs. Prior to that, he was with Alterian, most recently as VP Global Business Solutions leading the design and implementation of Marketing Database Solutions.
Vice President, Channel Partners, InfogroupDean Brown works closely supporting all Infogroup Business Units, especially Yes Lifecycle Marketing, by developing and managing strategic Channel Partner relations. Dean brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and strategic alliances expertise. Prior to Infogroup, Dean was Senior Director of Strategic Alliances for North America at Adobe where he was responsible for Adobe Campaign Solution (formerly Neolane) partnerships and led the strategic direction of the marketing service provider channel. Previous to Adobe, Dean was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Neolane, which was acquired by Adobe in 2013. During that time, Dean led the Americas partner business and developed strategic partnerships with leading MSPs, agencies and systems integrators. Before Neolane, Dean was Senior Director Channel Sales at Oracle, responsible for partner channels and the indirect sale of the RightNow solution (acquired by Oracle) in North America. While at RightNow, Dean was Vice President of Channels and responsible for the global service provider partner channel. Over his career, Dean has also held executive sales and marketing positions at VMX, IBM, and ROLM.
Senior Vice President, SalesAs SVP of Sales, John Hollands leads global sales for Yesmail360i, the cross-channel platform within Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His goal is to help sophisticated marketers understand how a holistic approach to data, technology, and services can help them advance their cross-channel marketing programs. John has been with the company since 2005, as a result of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's acquisition of @Once, an ESP who launched the email programs of such companies as Nike, Nintendo, and Warner Bros. John served as @Once Director of Business Development for 5 years.
Senior Vice President, Global SalesKelly supports our large enterprise clients with a wealth of industry experience across both B2C and B2B solutions. She is the former SVP of Merkle, where she spent eight years deploying a vertical strategy that drove sales for the company from $50 million to $250 million. She was also instrumental in the implementation of their client management strategy to deliver multi-faceted solutions to clients. After Merkle, Kelly joined Jigsaw’s salesforce to launch their field sales organization, focusing on B2B companies with over 5,000 employees.
Managing Director, Yes Lifecycle MarketingAs managing director, Ed is responsible for delivering on Yes Lifecycle Marketing's promise to our clients by providing strategic insight, in-depth product knowledge and operational support for its cross-channel marketing & analytics platform, Yesmail360i. Prior to joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Ed was with Aprimo as Director of Multichannel Campaign Management Practice and Director of the Centers of Marketing Excellence. He also held Professional Service leadership positions at DoubleClick, Protagona and Allstate Insurance Company.
Chief Operating Officer, Yes Lifecycle MarketingDavid is Chief Operating Officer of Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His teams are responsible for leveraging integrated marketing, data, insight resources and technology solutions to drive improved marketing ROI for enterprise clients that deliver results. David spent 15 years at Epsilon, a leading marketing services provider, as President of Purple at Epsilon. While at Epsilon, David was responsible for managing their agency, strategic consulting, and analytic businesses. During his tenure there, he was part of the leadership team that successfully grew the company from $20mm to over $500mm in annual revenue. Prior to Epsilon, David worked for seven years for Westvaco in the operations management group. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia in 1981, and his MBA from Mercer University in 1992.
Managing Director, Agency ServicesManaging Director, Agency Services - Mike Penney is leading the development and expansion of professional services and centers of excellence across Yes Lifecycle Marketing. These highly specialized centers of excellence will address Infogroup clients’ increasing demand for integrated solutions that leverage the strengths of both business units. Mike’s strategic perspective will help formalize and develop centers of excellence that will position Yes Lifecycle Marketing with a level of service unmatched in today’s market. Before joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Mike founded DUDE Digital, where he worked with senior leaders to make improvements in their marketing and help them develop their marketing organizations. He offered a strategic perspective and particular depth in applying knowledge of requisite analytics, big data, technology, and tools to help with a broad range of opportunities. Prior to this, Mike led Epsilon's strategic consulting, advanced analytics and digital consulting capabilities and had leadership responsibilities in several professional services organizations, including McKinsey & Company and Accenture.
Senior Vice President, Product DevelopmentKeith is responsible for driving product engineering and innovation for Yes Lifecycle Marketing's cross-channel marketing & analytics platform, Yesmail360i. For more than 25 years, Keith has played a key role in bringing new marketing technology products to market as a product engineer, consultant, product manager, conference speaker and platform incubation expert. He is well known for his product contributions at past companies including, SDL International and Alterian. He is often credited as one of the early pioneers of “actionable analytics” and “train-of-thought” analysis before they became buzz word phases. His product creations are used by thousands of marketers around the globe, daily.
Senior Vice President, Social & Disruptive Marketing StrategiesBest known for bringing a vision to client marketing challenges, Marc brings together the best of marketing’s left-brained analytics and insights with right-brained creative to develop highly effective marketing solutions. Prior to joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Marc was a founding partner of Marketing IQ and held various roles on the agency side and at Spectra Marketing a Nielsen subsidiary. His experience in marketing strategy, primary research, media and analytics helps clients better understand their customers, develop more effective marketing programs and accurately measure the results. Over the last 14 years, Marc has worked with businesses ranging from regional non-profits to large multi-national corporations across a diverse set of industries. Some of his most notable clients include: General Mills, Kraft, Miller/Coors, Anheuser-Busch, Proctor & Gamble, Prudential Capital Group, Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust, MB Financial Bank, Little City Foundation, Amway Global, Physicians Interactive, Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna (PGF)/Dbam o Zdrowie, White Wave Foods, Wrigley, Safeway, Costco and Wal-Mart. Marc has a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Ohio State University and a M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time he enjoys hiking, travelling, fencing, reading and like all true marketers, people watching.
Vice President, MarketingLinda is a tactical demand generation expert with over 10 years of experience implementing strategic lead generation marketing programs. Linda is instrumental in managing the go-to-market programs and extending Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s reach in the marketplace. Most recently, Linda was the Senior Marketing Manager at Experian where she was responsible for generating demand for Experian’s Customer Intelligence Platform via strategic multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to Experian, Linda was the Director of Brand and Field Marketing at Alterian. There, she increased lead generation by 88% by strategically managing go-to-market activities for their lines of business. Linda also grew the leads generated by their monthly webinar series program by 432% globally. With the implementation of an asset deployment strategy, content, such as whitepapers, ebooks, presentations, etc., was repurposed and made more widely accessible via multiple online channels. This was a vital element to the success of Alterian’s inbound marketing strategies, which improved their online footprint and garnered such accomplishments as an 86% increase in blog traffic, 200+% increase in YouTube viewership, 65,000 Slideshare views - which collected 330+ leads.
