Meet the Team

Gavin Handley

Senior Marketing Strategist

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, Gavin provides strategic services, best practices consulting, campaign planning and analysis. His focus is content marketing and interactive strategic communications plans –he is passionate about building brand awareness, retention and keeping subscribers engaged outside of the customer buying cycle. A native of New Zealand, Gavin now resides in San Rafael, just north of San Francisco. Gavin loves Photography, Design, Travel, and all things Sport, especially Rugby and Motorsport. In his free time he tries to convert his daughters to become faithful All Black rugby fans. Prior to Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Gavin held CRM and management positions in several countries with start-ups and brands such as Dell, Telstra, Kodak and Shutterfly. Gavin developed the award winning “Kodak Moment of the Month” email program at Kodak Gallery.

Dana Hayman

Senior Vice President, Analytics & Insight

Dana Hayman joined Infogroup in July of 2011 to spearhead the growth and development of our Strategy & Insights practice from his office in Dallas, Texas. With over ten years consulting experience helping Fortune 500 marketing organizations leverage their data and analysis to make strategic marketing decisions, Dana specializes in helping clients identify and prioritize marketing opportunities, set marketing objectives and strategies, allocate investments, and create ROI-focused database marketing plans. His innovative ideas and approaches in CRM and database marketing have been featured internationally in various publications including Strategy & Leadership, Ad Age and Northwestern University’s Journal of Integrated Marketing Communications. Prior to joining Infogroup, Dana was SVP of Strategy & Analysis at ClickSquared, SVP of Strategic Consulting at Epsilon, and VP of Strategic Business Analysis and CRM at Targetbase Marketing. Dana has also led client-side CRM practices. Dana holds a Master Marketing Research degree from the University of Georgia and BS (Marketing) degree from the University of Maine.

Gregg Hecht

Senior Graphic Artist

Placing a definition around art is always a subject of debate, but Gregg likes to think that we can all agree that whatever we see art in (be it a painting, in design, or even an athletic activity) there is always something special that distiguishes it. That “something special” has no formula, but trying to find it in design and in fencing has been the direction the last several years of Gregg's life has followed. He has no problem imagining that his interests will continue on in that direction for many more years.

Kyle Henderick

Director, Client Services

As Director of Client Services, Kyle is responsible for helping major clients implement new programs, processes, and data-driven strategies to create campaigns that truly drive revenue. With a passion for technology implementation and a background in database, email, web, and social media marketing, Kyle turns his real-world experience into executable tactics to help clients see an incremental lift in revenue, subscriber engagement, and customer retention. A lover of all things Chicago, when Kyle is not reading up on latest marketing practices or focusing on improving client programs, he can be found enjoying the city’s great restaurants or wearing his heart on his sleeve while rooting for all Chicago-based sports teams. A curious individual willing to try any and every food that does not include raw onions, he is always looking for exciting dining options and new adventures around the city.

Matt Hickman

Vice President National Acocunts

Matt has been with Yes Lifecycle Marketing since January 2005 as a result of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's acquisition of @Once. Matt served as Senior Director of Business Development for @Once for 6 years, and prior to that, was Director of Business Development for Agency.com. Matt began his career working in sales and account management for MCI Communications after graduating from Oregon State University and spending a year working in Osaka, Japan, for Osaka Computer Corporation.

Carol Ho

Account Manager

Carol is currently an Account Manager from the NYC office working on a number of clients from various backgrounds, ranging from cosmetics to the restaurant industry. She has gained experience through a number of Social Media internships throughout college as well as starting off her career in Marketing Research, prior to joining the Yes Lifecycle Marketing team. Carol is a graduate from Rutgers University with a BSc in Marketing and a BA in Art History.

Marie Honme

Senior Marketing Strategist

As Senior Marketing Strategist, Marie provides strategic consultation and insight for Yes Lifecycle Marketing clients, and has created marketing strategies for various companies including Coca-Cola, HP and U.S. Bank. With over fifteen years of experience in the digital marketing space, she is passionate about developing strategies that deliver a complete brand experience while supporting long-term consumer engagement. Marie has also spearheaded the development of mobile reporting and analysis for the organization by designing new ways to track and measure mobile engagement. In addition, she has co-authored Yes Lifecycle Marketing's industry-leading benchmark reports resulting from the analysis of over 5 billion emails sent across 20 industries.

Erica Huntley

Sr. Marketing Strategist

Erica Huntley is a senior marketing strategist for Yes Lifecycle Marketing Agency Services. Her role is helping companies develop the right marketing strategies to meet their overarching business goals and objectives. Prior to Yes Lifeycycle Marketing she managed loyalty communication strategy, development and execution for over 8 years at Choice Hotels International. She brings a total of 15 years in the hospitality industry focused on loyalty marketing and operations, plus 6 years in B2B sales. She’s experienced in several marketing tactics from digital personalization to test & learn methodologies to omni-channel marketing. Erica resides about an hour outside of Washington, DC in Maryland. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and savoring good food.

Kim Jennett

Sr. Strategist

Kim is an industry award winning marketer with an extensive background in developing strategic marketing and branding campaigns for emerging and industry leading companies. As a Senior Strategist at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Kim helps clients solve their complex challenges by implementing cohesive cross-channel strategies. Kim has a solid understanding of B2B, B2C, direct channel and OEM business models and strategies within the healthcare, retail, automotive and software industries. With over 20 years of experience, Kim has a successful track record in developing customer-centric digital marketing, lead generation and branding campaigns within top agencies, as well as leading marketing teams for well-funded rapid growth startups, and fortune 50 companies with clients including Ford, HP, Visa International Levi Strauss, Philips, West Marine and American Express.

David Johnson

Product Manager

Over the past 15 years at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, I have worked in Reply Handling, Technical Support and now Product Management. I stay because of the people. We have fantastic clients, savvy vendors and wonderful team members in every department. No one is afraid to voice their opinion when they have less-than-positive feedback about a product or a feature. I am grateful that someone took the time to explain what’s irking them instead of remaining quiet. Open communication strengthens relationships.

Christopher Kies

Vice President, New Business Development

Christopher Kies is responsible for providing strategic insight to his clients to help grow their business. His background includes over 20 years of business development experience most notably being instrumental in selling and delivering strategic technical solutions for clients in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Publishing and Retail verticals. His expertise is focused on integrating and leveraging customer touch points and business intelligence strategies to drive ROI. He is passionate about understanding all aspects of a client’s business including marketing, sales and user experience to drive actionable results. Chris has also held positions with HP, AT&T Consulting and Gartner.

Ted Kim

Senior Strategist

Ted has over 15 years of digital multi-channel marketing experience in developing and driving online marketing strategy and programs. Combining experience from top digital agencies and category leading organizations in finance, technology, retail and hospitality, Ted specializes in developing customer acquisition and retention programs, content and communication strategy, and in establishing operational and analytic frameworks to institutionalize best of breed digital marketing practices. As a Senior Strategist at Yes Lifecycle Marketing Ted provides thought leadership and digital multi-channel expertise to their clients.

Kristin Kleweno

Director, Agency, & Client Development

Kristin provides strategic services, best practices consulting, and campaign planning and analysis. Her passion is CRM and interactive strategic marketing & communications plans – typically driving conversion rates of online and offline prospects and customers. Prior to Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Kristin held Marketing, CRM and Management positions with several start-ups and IBM/Sequent. Kristin holds a B.B.A. from University of Texas, Austin.

Tim Li

Senior Client Services Engineer

Tim is excited to be with Yes Lifecycle Marketing for over 6 years now as a Senior Client Services Engineer. He holds an MS degree in Computer Science and is a veteran of the IT industry for over 20 years. In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing tennis and target shooting.

Erica Lievens

Account Manager

Erica has worked in Account Management for seven years, most recently joining the team in 2013 in Client Services. Erica has a passion for digital marketing and the ever-changing day to day projects it entails. She loves to express her creative side by providing creative consulting to clients. What excites her most about marketing is that the industry is always evolving, forming new products and trends to learn about. Originally from Southeastern Michigan, she now resides in downtown Chicago. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.

Dan Mailloux

Senior Account Manager

For nearly half a decade Dan has been with the Yes Lifecycle Marketing Team, and over the years Dan’s experiences have flourished and been remarkable since day one. Dan started at Yes Lifecycle Marketing with the Intelligence Products Team, where he learned from the best in the industry, and received a tremendous amount of support. Recently however, Dan has taken on a new role at Yesmail within the Client Services team, where he brings his vast knowledge of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's line of products, and extensive digital marketing proficiencies, to enrich and improve client’s digital marketing campaigns to help their customers to say ‘yes’.

Jordan Mallin

Account Executive

Jordan has been with Yes Lifecycle Marketing since November 2004, responsible for establishing and developing Yes Lifecycle Marketing's client relationships, including negotiating contract terms, and on-going client retention. As one of the first Yes Lifecycle Marketing employees in the New York office, Jordan has played a key role in building out Yes Lifecycle Marketing's East Coast footprint, which now boasts over 40 employees. Originally starting in an Account Management role, Jordan has held various Business Development roles and is now the Vice President of Sales, managing the Eastern region. Jordan attended Indiana University.

Sharon Maneja

a Senior Account Manager

Sharon Maneja is a Senior Account Manager and has been in the industry for over 16 years. Sharon assists clients to oversee projects and help provide recommendations, thought leadership, and best practices within the industry. Prior to joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing in 2015, Sharon was a Yes Lifecycle Marketing client with a women’s fashion retailer where she developed and grew the email program and launched the company’s first e-commerce site. She brings extensive knowledge of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's platforms and processes, having partnered with company while on the client side. Sharon loves to cook and read but most of her free time revolves around her two kids. Sharon has an MBA from the University of North Florida and BA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!)

Afton McCann

Art Director

Afton brings over 6 years of design experience helping major brands promote themselves in the digital world. At Yes Lifecycle Marketing, she leads the creative vision of the Marriott Rewards email program and is passionate about designs that drives results. An Iowa native and graduate of The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Afton resides outside of Boulder, CO where she lives a very active life full of mountain exploration, sports, and drumming.

Amy McNeil

Senior Account Manager

Amy is a Sr. Account Manager for Yes Lifecycle Marketing with over six years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition in both B2B and B2C. At Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Amy is the main point of contact for a number of major clients and focuses on enhancing their digital marketing campaigns, and executing new initiatives to drive result. She is a critical thinker, driven by her desire to create a successful client experience and grow online marketing programs. Amy has a B.B.A from Kent State University with minors in Marketing and International Business.
