Meet the Team

Vikas Nahata

Director, Client Services Engineer

Vikas works at Yes Lifecycle Marketing as Team Lead in Client Services Engineering group in Atlanta office since Oct 2009. His work is in the New Solutions team where we launch new clients on Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Enterprise applications. His day to day deals with capturing business and technical requirements to execute and launch clients on Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Enterprise applications. When not launching clients, Vikas is happily married and has two sons who keep him busy once he reaches home. Vikas loves watching movies and listening music in his free time.

Gary Ostrager

Gary Ostrager – VP, Analytics and Insights

Gary is the Vice President of Analytics and Insights at Yes Lifecycle Marketing and has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, analytics and consumer insights, with a strong focus in CRM and omni-channel addressable marketing. Gary has an extensive retail background having worked at Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue in senior level direct-to-consumer marketing positions. Gary architected the Macy’s direct, Bloomingdale’s By Mail and Bloomingdale’s retail customer databases, leveraging individual customer information to create marketing strategies that drove double-digit percentage growth for each of the business units during his respective tenure. Prior to joining YLM, Gary was an Retail Industry Principal at Acxiom, where he worked with a variety of retail clients developing strategic marketing initiatives to grow sales through customer data and analytic insights. Gary also worked at Time Inc, as the Executive Director of Strategy, Research and Analytics.

Christy Parrish

Director, Client Services

Christy is an Executive Relationship Owner for Yes Lifecycle Marketing, and performs the function of client partner for Yes Lifecycle Marketing's key accounts. With over 16 years experience in interactive marketing, with focus in the areas of retail, CPG and the financial services industries, Christy has a broad base of cross-channel knowledge to share with clients and team members. Since joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing 9 years ago, she has managed teams supporting the brand's major accounts and is the force behind some of the largest account growth and client ROI. She is well-versed in Yes Lifecycle Marketing's products and services, and her key partnerships have included eBay, Visa, HP, Coca-Cola, U.S. Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Apple and Disney. She was also a principle project manager for the launch of Gifts.com retail website, while working for Readers Digest. Christy has enjoyed being a board member for the Portland, OR chapter of the Association for Women in Communications, and is an alumnus of Portland State University’s Extended Studies program, with an emphasis on project management.

Sal Pecoraro

Vice President of Marketing Technology & Support

In his role as Vice President of Marketing Technology & Support, Sal is engaged in managing a corporate-wide product vision and strategy to create and maintain leading-edge marketing products and services that are consistent across all divisions. He is known throughout the industry for his consultative approach to identifying solutions for clients’ database marketing and data processing needs. He expertise includes: -Support to qualify opportunities -Consultative strategic recommendations on technology, data content and data processing -Product presentations and demos in person at client meetings or via Webex web conferencing -Solution design -Product marketing, product collateral and trade shows -Strategic advantage intelligence over competitive products -Support for questions and written RFP responses -Sales team product and industry training sessions Sal has been with Yes Lifecycle Marketing for over 14 years and has over 28 years experience in the database marketing and data processing industry, including marketing database applications, NCOA and data hygiene processing, list processing, creative/print production, and consultative services. In addition, he is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Forrester Technology Marketing Council Leadership Board, and The Data Warehousing Institute.

Cord Phillips

Manager, Productions

Cord joined Yes Lifecycle Marketing as an Production Manager in the Chicago office, helping a range of clients manage the production of their campaigns large and small. His past experience includes seven years in in the music industry, serving as a Producer, Artist Manager, Engineer and Studio Manager based in Nashville, TN. Having worked with both marquee clients like Warner Music, Sony/ATV, and BMLG, as well as independent artists and songwriters alike, he understands that clients’ needs and expectations can vary greatly. Cord is driven by creating a unique and successful client experience through detailed work and producing results.

Kristin Pirazzini

Director, Digital Products

Kristin Pirazzini started her career as a multichannel digital designer and e-commerce expert, growing her expertise over 12 years with both B2B and B2C marketers. She has held multiple email marketing management roles focusing on email program success, retention and acquisition, KPI's, customer contact strategy, automation, and deliverability, which has allowed her to gain knowledge of many ESPs and multichannel platforms. Now based in our San Francisco office, Kristin loves to share her extensive product and marketing experience with prospective clients as well as her rad co-workers. Kristin lives in Berkeley where she enjoys hiking, baking, cheering on both Wisconsin and Bay Area sports teams, writing for her blog, and chilling with her husband and cats.

Lance Rashford

Account Manager

With over 10 years of marketing experience, Lance is managing client accounts and providing technical and strategic guidance to help them optimize their marketing efforts and develop effective acquisition programs. Lance loves to snowboard and trail run though he spends most of his free time picking up after his two small children.

Travis Rice

Art Director

In 1999 Travis entered the design field and has been with Yes Lifecycle Marketing since 2007. Through the majority of his tenure, he's been the primary designer for HP's Consumer Direct Store. Travis has earned art and design degrees from University of Arkansas, Pacific Northwest College of Art, and Portland State. Though he's been in Portland for 15 years, he still gets back to the South to bend corners in his old Malibu.

Nicole Rolek

Account Director, Client Service

Nicole is currently an Account Director, Client Services in the New York City office. Nicole has 10 years of experience in direct marketing in both the B2B and B2C spaces working with various clients to manage and enhance their digital marketing campaigns. She is a strategic marketer, with a passion in expanding clients’ online marketing programs and fueling their growth. Nicole has a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Babson College.

Robyn Rosenbaum

Account Manager

Robyn is an Account Manager, Client Services working out of New York City, NY. She has over 5 years of experience in Account Management as well as 3 years of experience in Project Management. She has worked with several Fortune 500 technology clients across various industries assisting with their strategic business initiatives. Robyn has a passion for partnering with her clients to optimize their overall experience with Yes Lifecycle Marketing. She strives to enhance marketing programs by developing solutions that resolve the needs and goals of her clients. In her free time, Robyn studies health and nutrition and enjoys being as active as possible.

Cheryle Ross

Senior Marketing Strategist

Cheryle has nearly 15 years of experience spanning multiple digital marketing disciplines, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce, email marketing, and display advertising. She’s passionate about the customer experience and injecting a little bit of fun into everything she does. Prior to joining Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Cheryle worked for a wide range of organizations including Xerox, WebTrends, Lucy Activewear, and InFocus.

Kris Sakaluk

Sr. Analyst, Intelligence Products

As a key analyst within Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Intelligence Products team, Kris is constantly engaged with marketers of all shapes and sizes, and is constantly helping them build and execute effective marketing strategies. Kris’ abilities to help Intelligence Products customers maximize their reachable audiences successfully and grow across the various social channels has left him an integral part of Yes Lifecycle Marketing's Intelligence team.

Julie Salles

Senior Account Manager

Julie joined the InforGroup family in 1998. Throughout the years, Julie has always managed accounts in the B2B and consumer services industries. In 2016, Julie joined the Yes Lifecycle Marketing family and is now a Senior Account Manager. Each day she looks forward to growing her relationship with her clients. Through dedicated service and analysis, Julie helps marketers in various industries achieve their email marketing goals. In her free time, Julie enjoys photography, traveling around the world, learning different languages, and listening to music.

Gurjit Sandhu

Senior Marketing Specialist

Gurjit Sandhu has been in digital and direct marketing for over 6 years, delivering marketing and event management solutions in both fast-paced corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Energized by strategic thinking and the power of marketing technology, she collaborates closely with cross functional teams at Yes Lifecycle Marketing to spearhead multi-channel communications that highlight product innovations in email marketing.

Kathleen Schaefer

Analyst, Intelligence Products

Kathleen Schaefer is an Analyst on the Intelligence Products team at Yes Lifecycle Marketing. On a day to day basis she works directly with digital marketers to help them understand the performance of their email marketing efforts ranging from sender reputation and deliverability to analyzing competitor data and providing strategic recommendations. Previously, Kathleen taught web design courses at Fanshawe College and managed the corporate college website as their Web Content Manager. With diplomas in graphic design and digital marketing, she has experience with numerous touch points within the digital marketing industry.

Greg Schramm

Director, Product Experience

Pragmatic. It’s a term that is often used to describe Greg’s approach to product management. Individuals and organizations are often distracted by one-off requests, hot trends or changing prioritizations. Understanding the product market and focusing on the long-term product objectives rather than noise are how winning products are delivered. Working at Yes Lifecycle Marketing has been a wonderful opportunity as the organization is committed to a shared vision of our marketing platform. Over the last 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some outstanding engineers and product managers. I look forward to bringing more customer focus and input into our product roadmap as Yesmail360 and Yesmail360i mature.

Tiffany Schroeder

Senior Account Manager

Tiffany is a Senior Account Manager, Client Services working out of Atlanta, GA. She has over 5 years of experience in email marketing as well as over 3 years of experience with loyalty and CRM programs in the CPG industry. She has worked with a variety of clients across a wide range industries. Tiffany has a passion for enhancing the user experience and working to ensure marketing programs remain relevant and engaging for consumers. Tiffany has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (A.B.J.) from the University of Georgia and enjoys her other career as a mother of two.

Bjorn Schulze

Director, IT Operations

My favorite experience was the Yes Lifecycle Marketing DR event during the great Omaha flood of 2012. While it was a horrible situation for Yes Lifecycle Marketing and many of us employees, since we practically slept at work on several occasions, the team building and learning experience of this exercise was next to none. The exercise also built relationships and help provide an appreciation for our peers and their responsibilities. While I wouldn't want to do it again, I am glad to have had the experience participating in something extremely challenging, something that was said couldn't be done, and something that stretched everyone's capabilities beyond we all thought was possible.

Erik Schulze

Vice President, Customer Experience & Communication Strategy

Once a client and true practitioner of Yes Lifecycle Marketing concepts and technologies, Erik joined the team in 2014 because he could not resist the enthusiasm and pure passion for helping others succeed that exists throughout the Yes organization. Erik brings with him a passion for digital transformation and customer experience. For the past 18 years, Erik has championed marketing and transformation efforts in both the consumer and business to business markets, and in both agency and client-side capacities. Erik has spent the last 14 years client side managing people, product innovation, and marketing strategy, towards the achievement of big audacious goals! His client side efforts have spanned verticals such as financial services at Bank of America, media and publishing at Hanley Wood, and retail for Altrec and Lands' End. Early in his career, Erik worked for award winning teams at Digitas and Hill Holliday, where he helped lead marketing and digital strategies for leading brands such as General Motors, AT&T, TJX and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Erik also dabbled in the exciting tech and .com start-up IPO craze of the late 90's. He holds a BA from St Lawrence University in Canton, NY.

Anshul Sharma

Sr. Analyst, Intelligence Products

Anshul Sharma is Intelligence Products Analyst at Yes Lifecycle Marketing. His background lies in Economics as well as Marketing Analytics. Along with his love for sports (namely basketball, football, baseball, and of course hockey) Anshul is also a huge movie buff.
