Meet the Team

Cathy Thomas

Business Analyst

Most of Cathy’s work history has been as an Executive Secretary and/or Receptionist. However, she’s always had a “knack” for mathematics and Excel. When she first started working at Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Cathy produced metrics and reports for a number of clients. After some time, her duties gradually evolved to include a larger role in resource training and onboarding.

Sherry Tippery

Senior Account Manager II

Sherry joined the Yes Lifecycle Marketing family in June 2003. Throughout the years Sherry has taken advantage of different opportunities representing the Client Services Organization at Yes Lifecycle Marketing. Starting as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and then Account Director building a cohesive team in the Omaha office. She is currently taking on a new challenge as Senior Account Manager ll and works closely with the core account teams that manages the day-to-day client relationships. She offers additional support and consultation to help address and resolve specific client needs.

“I am lucky enough to be a part of the team on the ground floor, helping design and develop our latest cross channel campaign management platform, Yesmail360i. I am excited to share the platform with prospects and clients alike to showcase how a single view of their customers can help solve their marketing challenges. At my core I am a data geek who gets excited about easy access and visualization to endless data sources that can drive the personalization and targeting of digital deployments. By supporting new business opportunities I get to travel all over the globe to showcase this exciting new technology and truly change the landscape of the digital marketing industry. When I am not doing that, I am working my darnedest to raise my one year old daughter and her future sister to be long suffering Cubs fans. I also enjoy a beer and a shot of bourbon on occasion…”

Brad Van Der Woerd

VP Professional Services, Intelligence Products

Brad provides global email deliverability leadership and management for Yes Lifecycle Marketing’s Intelligence Products team. His expertise includes providing digital marketing strategies, email deliverability consulting and best practices to a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies including eBay, Visa, Gap, US Bank and many more. Brad holds 10 years of experience within digital marketing and is passionate about team engagement, people development and driving results for clients.

Patricia Victor

Lead Client Services Engineer

Patricia Victor, Chicago Lead Client Services Engineer. Native of Chicago, in college worked for a Marketing firm, followed by 20+ years in the Telecommunication field and now back to Downtown Chicago Marketing tying her technical and creative talents together.

Sue Zabran

Vice President, Production

Sue is responsible for email production, process and quality across the Yes Lifecycle Marketing client base. Continuous Improvement is her mantra. She brings her extensive data, services, and organizational excellence to the Yes Lifecycle Marketing leadership team. Sue is a graduate of the Robert Morris Marketing Program. Prior to Yes Lifecycle Marketing, Sue led the Professional Services team for Alterian. Sue’s client focus and dedication to Marketing Solutions enabled strategic implementations of Alterian software for many of the top Marketing Services Providers. Before joining Alterian, Sue was the Vice President of Marketing Services for TransUnion Credit. She ran a very successful operation that provided data for the country’s top credit grantors. Quality and efficiency have been the pillars on which Sue has built her career.
